Showing a unit while being out of state

I purchased my first out of state long term rental property and have since fixed up a vacant unit. it is now time to get applicants and once they qualify I will need to show the unit. does anyone have experience with how to do this while being out of state?

The easiest way would be to hire a RE agent to lease it for you. The standard in Texas is one month rent but you can probably negotiate that.

Other options come from the technology world. Service like Rently exist to allow you showing of vacant properties using a smart lock on the door and prescreening of the applicants so you won’t let just anyone in.
