Property Management Team

I am looking for recommendations for a great property manager in the Lawton Oklahoma area. I'm located in Texas and most of my properties are in Texas but I decided to venture out and purchased a couple of properties in Lawton about a year ago. Well I hired a property manager and they put a tenant in their without a deposit and the tenant did not pay for four months. The tenant damaged the home, no deposit, no payments for 4 months, left trash in front of the residence for several months while living there and now the city sent me a bill for the clean up. Yes some of this is my fault, I should have been on top of management. I am looking for a management team that is on top of it, receives a deposit and does a good background on tenants. If you know a property manager that you use in Lawton, could you please let me know. Thank you.
