AirBNB in St. George or Kansan Utah

I’m interested in getting a rental unit to Airbnb in these areas as I would like to spend sometime every once in a while in these areas myself. I can’t find any info online discussing if I would need a license or not or what laws there are for str in these areas. Can anyone provide any info or point me in the right direction.
