Insurance coverage for STR condo in Miami

We just purchased a condo in Brickell neighborhood of Miami, and looking for condo insurance but finding that many providers do not service Miami with the exception of 1 which seemed very high. Any recommendations? And what coverage do you recommend for a condo that will be rented for short or long term?
