New Landlord paperwork Question

Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone had a New landlord notification letter and a tenant information update form they can share the pdf of? I tried the google but they all have LLC or prop manager names on them and are un editable. I also looked on the BiggerPockets Pro forms section but none were on there either.

The reason is, I may be closing on a property that has tenants in there for the next 3 months. When that lease expires, i'll be turning it into a str. So, id like to send a letter to introduce myself, as well as inform them of the fact that the lease wont be renewed once it expires.  This will be in the Davenport, Fl area if that helps. Any info, tips or sources would be appreciated thanks!    Happy Holidays all!
