Looking for property cleaning/junk removal companies in Surrey BC

Hello, 

First time post on this forum. I am an investor in Surrey BC and recently had a tenant pass away in a basement suite at one of my properties. The place is pretty filthy and will need a deep clean before I am able to rent it out again. I don't have a property manager and take care of all my properties by myself but I will need some help tacking this project. Any leads would be much appreciated!
