BIG BEAR LAKE RENTAL! me and my wife would like to hear thoughts

Good evening,

Me and my wife are trying to purchase our first investment home. There are many cities we are interested in, and one of those cities is Big Bear Lake in the state of California. 

we would like to know if anyone owns in this city to please reach out to us and give us advice as to how the rental is coming along and what are the pros and cons to owning in this city.
