Handyman’s working in your property - insurance requirement
Hi there, I have a multi-family property and one of the tenant ready to do a handyman work for me at the property. What sort of insurance I need or he needs to work for me on repair jobs at property?

Read the "Handyman fell don the roof" post that is going on now to see some of what you might get into. If you are going to do it, I would strongly recommend a written contract, get an estimate from him, pay only per the contract (not hourly, daily, etc), Require General Liability, Workers Comp (including coverage for him) and Auto Liability
