What's your opinion of the Miami, FL rental market?

Hello BP Community,

I'm skimming through the Miami, FL real estate market, and I'm having a hard time determining just how successful this market could be, specifically, in terms of rental properties (not wholesaling, buy and flips, etc.).

Has anyone here invested in Miami rental properties? If so, what was your experience like? Was your venture successful? What was your investing plan/strategy for the Miami real estate rental market? 

I would love to hear your story. :)
