Using Caretaker Program
Hello all,
I am brand new to the idea of Real Estate investing and I am currently in the research and development stage of the process. I am understanding main topics one week at a time while simultaneously saving money and mentally preparing myself for this adventure and journey. I have several questions that fall into the analysis paralysis category but one in particular that I cannot locate answers to. I see that the BP website has an automated property management system called Caretaker. I love this idea! its going in the direction of the future and the "no contact" trend that everyone seems to love. It also removes any emotional attachment to the landlord/tenants. However I cannot find a blog or video from BP site or forums. If anyone has a review or advice I would love to know. Thanks guys!
