apartment price

Hello everyone,

I would like to help a client of mine gets a better deal by landlord price charged on three bedrooms apartment. Landlord is charging $1950 per month for relatively small space as three bedrooms apt, how can I ask landlord to reduce price? Two rooms have very small closets and the other room has no closet at all and it's very very small rooms
