Out of State Tenant- Key Return

Hi,

I have a current out of state tenant who will be moving out much sooner than expected. Any ideas on how to go about collecting the keys? I don't currently have a property management company and the property is in Fort Lauderdale.

Nathan G.  's questions are very relevant.  Whoever verifies the house is empty can collect the keys.  Also, I would be more concerned about getting the locks changed after moveout than the old keys returned.
