Any California members curious about SB 9 law starting 1/1/22 ?

I just published a 2,000-word article about California's new laws SB 9 and SB 10 which begin on January 1, 2022. 

Thousands of California single-family home lots can split into two lots and develop up to 3 more housing units for a maximum of four units.

I wrote the article for the WeLease Blog (a San Diego Property Mgmt. Company).
