PLEASE HELP WITH SOME ADVICE. Company were I work is in the middle of EDD Audit. Auditor sent us this questions:1) How do you determine what work needs to be done on each of the properties?2) Are there property managers involved in renting out the properties?3) Are the properties being worked on by the various workers all for rent or sale or both? We are buying fixing and renting properties and sell them sometimes.

What is good to say....Truth is 1.we have a guy in our office who look the property and make a list of things that should be done and then we ask different contractors to send us their bids and we choose the best one.....is that OK to say. 2.There are no property managers we have again guy in our office who is posting adds for renting and choose tenants. 3. Both rent and sale

Thank you
