Seeking how to start
Hello everyone,
my name is Ralph and I'm from Miami, Florida. I currently live in Lauderdale lakes, FL, which is not far from fort Lauderdale and Miami. I'm a licensed realtor with The Keyes Company and I have an llc I set up for investing. I haven't make any money with my real estate license, so I also work for amazon warehouse.I want to know how can i capitalize of my real estate license and llc and how can I start out... my dream is to have many Rental properties but I'm confuse and stuck at how to start. I watch videos on the subject but when it's time to start, it's a blur...
thank you for reading and hopefully someone is willing to show me the way.

Ralph, it can be overwhelming sometimes, particularly if you come from a family background that doesn't know how to handle money or start a successful business. It would really help if you could find a mentor that could explain things. Find a real estate investment group and start attending their meetings. Talk to people and let them know you're eager to learn. Ask them if there is any way you could help them in exchange for education. Maybe you could sweep up their work site during renovations or pick up materials at Home Depot in exchange for following them around and learning. Maybe you can take them to lunch and they can explain how they got started.
I grew up in a fairly poor family. I spent 21 years in the military and most of the people I knew lived paycheck-to-paycheck. It took a long time for me to break that mindset and realize I could change things by taking control of my situation and improving it.
