Bought our first out of state rental property in Wichita Kansas.  Seeking property manager and wondering what suggestions there are for finding the right company.  I'd like to continue to grow in this new area.

Had a lot to do with purchase price vs rent. I’ve been looking in a lot of other areas and Wichita presented a pretty good opportunity. The 1% rule has been impossible in Nebraska so I ventured out
