Payroll System Tracking Time, Schedule and Pay

I'm curious if anyone has a good system they are using to Schedule people, track time and send to a payroll company.  Right now I'm using "When I Work" to schedule a maintenance guy, and then we send that data to Paychex for payroll.  There has to be something better...
