Positive Cash Flow Question

Eric Justice
Posted

I am looking to buy an investment property in 3-6 months. Ideally, I want it to be a condo in the Chicago area with positive cash flow. It seems difficult to find a property with positive cash flow. I am looking for a condo between $100,000-$125,000. Does anyone have any good apps/websites to find deals with positive cash flow?

To be honest and frank @Eric Justice, there aren't any or, if there are, CAVEAT EMPTOR.  One of the reasons that investing is STILL a lucrative endeavor is that it has largely been algorithm-resistant.  Not to say that some wonderful investment analysis can't be done by these fantastic machines, but in the end be weary of anything that claims to make investing 1. instant wealth or 2.easy.  Simple and easy are different worlds, and real estate investing is simple, but not easy.
