MA Snow Removal Laws: Landlord
Hello,
With winter coming, I was trying to get a straight answer about the snow removal laws for a landlord in MA. It seems like the law was recently changed so that the landlord is responsible for all snow removal. I've seen some answers stating you can technically have tenants clear their driveway, but it leaves you open to potential lawsuits.
Any information or advice on this would be great!
