Houston Contractor Needed

Hi Everyone - I am doing a flip in the Houston area (Langwood Area).  We have been looking for a contractor, but it has been very difficult to get a bid from any one. Most can come over to see the property but it has been hard to get an estimate.  We are behind schedule and I would like to find someone that would be available soon. Can anyone suggest a contractor who is available to see the property and provide proposed scope of work.  (I also have a SOW so it will be easy for them to price out what we need).  Thank you!
