management agreement question

My management agreement has this clause in it. 

D. Anniversary Date – This agreement coincides with
any current or future tenancy to include leases that
RentWerx San Antonio inherited on behalf of the
owner, or when RentWerx San Antonio executes a
new lease agreement to include all lease renewals
under management.

It states earlier that the initial term of the agreement is 6 months. 

I have a one-year lease signed. 

Does this mean that the management agreement is extended until the end of the lease?
