MFH investing is what got me interested in RE in the very beginning but I buried that goal because it seemed inaccessible from where I am currently (no capital).

Looking for some advice from the community, is there a niche in MFH similar to a wholesaler, some sort of deal finder? Is there a way to learn enough to become attractive to a money partner(s)?

If the answer is that I need capital that is fine, I'll work towards that, but what are some suggestions on how to learn about apartment investing besides here on BP which I have started doing.

Thanks in advance
