lenders for rental refi's in Virginia

I'd like to refinance a handful of my townhouses that I own free and clear in the tidewater area of virginia.  They are occupied with paying tenants and I've owned them for almost 3 years.  Does anyone have any recommendations for lenders or loan brokers?  Also any lenders/brokers can feel free to contact me if you think we would be a good fit.
