Sale tax and 1031 exchange

Hey guys i have a question.. so the family is getting bigger and me and the wife are looking to buy a bigger house so my question is we are selling our personal residence (househack) and selling one of our rentals and put all the proceeds down on the new house. Am i gonna get killed on taxes or since im putting everything down would it-be considered a 1031 exchange?
