Early Access to retirement accounts to live debt-free on rentals

I am looking at retirement of my day job before the traditional retirement age.

sometimes I'm freaking out about it. :)

Knowing that I have

enough saved in the stock market to pay all my debts should make me feel better right?

I would like to use my retirement accounts to either pay off all my mortgages (any way?) or setting up equal and substantial payments allowed by the IRS to make my mortgage payments. That would be under 4% withdrawal rate per year.

I have multiple accounts, 401K traditional and Roth both in my and my wife's name.

I don't know the first thing on setting this up?

I would also like a fee based financial planner who's that has experience here with real estate.

Has anyone been doing this or have any advice?

thank you.

Gary
