How sketchy is too sketchy for an accountant?

I recently was looking for a new accountant to look over my books for this year. I posted it in a Facebook group and a company reached out named Compt with their website as http://www.compt.co .... after I looked at their website and it's very vague with no real face behind them. Then on to Facebook and LinkedIn. Just joined a month ago and only 3 likes on Facebook. When I questioned the person that reached out to me in the beginning she said..."we have been a company for 11 years now and we recently got a new marketing agent. That's why it's all brand new"... Needless to say it's a super sketchy situation that I thought I should share with you all.
