Investor financing - how do you do it

Good day everyone!

I am this close to attracting investors but I am curious; how do you structure your investor financing?

Do you pay out 8% of x amount every year for 5 years?

Do you pay 8% compounded monthly over 3 years on an investment of x?

I am currently thinking of a %, compounded monthly for 5 years.

Let me know what you guys and gals
