A mortgage with foreign assets, job and bank accounts? How?
Hello All,
I’ve been a US permanent resident for a little over 2 years now and I want to start investing in real estate. I spend the majority of my time in the Dominican Republic where I have my business and a few properties. How can I file taxes on my foreign financial gains and qualify for a mortgage?
Thanks for your help!
