International investor looking for loan options

Hey everyone!

Long story short I'm an international investor from Sydney,Australia. Whilst I've done work over here, Im jr to the US market.

Quick question as I've been conducting my due diligence on this topic but havnt been making much progress.

I'm looking to purchase my first buy and hold in the coming months and whilst I've got alot of the foundations for this to happen covered, im struggling to find finance options given my location. I've spoken with a few companies and it's proving somewhat hard to find lender. ANY help/advice on opions would be very much appreciated!
