Loans to get and tax obligations in Europe (Portugal)

Being a Portuguese, but living abroad (Norway), I had financed 4 of my rental units. 2 of them are residential, and 2 other commercial (Leasing).

Always worked with Portuguese local banks.

I am wondering about possibilities of getting more loans to expand my real estate portfolio and if you guys recommend or can share some experiences. So far, all loans look pretty steady with mixed interest rate and rental units give a positive cash flow.

Other question is regarding the Tax obligations. Do I need to report that to Norwegian tax administration or only to the Portuguese?

Thanks in advance,
