how owner's investment affect cash flow statement

How would owner's investments affect the cash flow statement in the banks eyes?

ex. If you were to have a property that cleared $100 per month, and you decided you wanted to put in $200 of your personal money to help pay off the mortgage.. would this effect anything?

Would cash flow in the banks eyes remain $100?

Would they see this as a now long term liability.. making it -($100)?

Or would it now have income of $300 for the month in the banks eyes?

Thank you
