Have any of you used the "Profit First" accounting strategy?

I have recently began reading the book "Profit First" and it sounds great, at its foundation. What are your experiences, both positive and negative?

I have read and know people who have implemented it.

It is mostly beneficial who are not disciplined.

If you are proactive and manage your finances very tightly, it added little value.

But if you are struggling as a business owner for eg to make your tax payments, then it might change your life.

It’s jot hard to implement so why not.
