Hello I am new to bigger pockets.

I wanted to know how or what approach I can do to getting a house in Arizona. I am currently renting in California and I want to start real estate in Arizona. I talked to an agent here and he told me that I would need a job history in Arizona or already have a job secured in Arizona to get a house. What I want to know is how or if there is another way I can get a house in Arizona? Is there any approach I can do?

Thank you for your help!
