Can personal debt be taken from llc

In the past 5 years of trying to build a company with 0 business business knowledge, I've ruined my credit and I'm also being sued by lenders. I've actually managed to grow into a stable and profitable business despite the debt. I have every intention of repaying these debts but not in a time frame suitable for creditors. I'm wanting to go from sole proprietor to llc in hopes to protect everything I've worked so hard for. All the loans are to me personally. If I open an llc bank account will the creditors be able to seize that account like they have my sole proprietor account? I've learned everything the hard way so far and losing everything isn't the way I want to learn my lesson. Any help would be much appreciated!
