Secured Commercial line of credit? Is this a thing?
Trying to figure out my next step. I’ve got 5 sfh rentals free and clear. And buying our personal residence with a mortgage. I’m enjoying the cash flow of the rentals but want to keep adding and paying cash is a great way to help the acquisition cost. My question is do banks do commercial lines of credit based on the equity such that you can enjoy the cash flow until you find the next deal, and then have instant access?
