How to find a reliable real estate CPA?

I am a new Real Estate investor that has taken action and jumped into his first deal. I am currently going through the rehab process with my property. I know how valuable a good Real Estate CPA can be, I am hoping to find one to start the year of 2019. I know I need a CPA that not only does my taxes but someone o can also consult with in order to learn the best Tax saving strategies through the year. I need to learn, how to find a real estate CPA, on average how much they cost in the state of Illinois, what are the best questions to ask them, and how to spot a good one from a bad one.

Start by contacting top contributors @Eamonn McElroy, @Ashish Acharya, @Michael Plaks, @Basit Siddiqi, they are among several others offering valuable advise. Most of them have the ability to serve clients remotely so the location should not be an issue.
