Heko setting up Quickbooks online??

I purchased QBO plus , I own three properties. 2 -4 units and 1 SFH How do I set up quickbooks. I don’t use a Management company. I have read many post to us the customer as the buIldIng address then subset the units. But I can’t find out how to setup the unit number or renter. Can someone send me instructions or point me to a good video. Thank you.
