Consumer Debt and Getting a loan
Greetings!! I am in the planning stages of getting my team and everything in order before investing in my first place. I am curious to know if less than 20% DTI consumer debt prevents you from getting a loan. What is the percentage of credit to debt that is acceptable? I just want to get a baseline. Thank you!!
