Filing Taxes with S Corp

Hello everyone, it's tax time again and that's  good for most investors$$. I was looking for protection on my properties so I started an S corp last year. However I'm still not sure if this was the right route to go in terms of filing my taxes. I've been doing my own taxes for over 20 years. However since I have rental property and stocks it has become complicated. I currently have 3 properties listed w/my S corp and the other properties listed under my name. My questions is, do I only have to file an 1120S with the 3  properties listed with my s corp and the other properties on my 1040/schedule E or can I file all of my properties on my schedule E ?

Help and thanks! :-)
