Can anyone recommend a bank in the Cleveland, Ohio area that's friendly to small investor. Looking to do a HELOC and purchase 4-6 SFR. Thanks

There are many bank's that will do HELOC, check with local bank, credit union or where you do business first. Thought most will only do on primary residence.
