They have been pouring in lately from the big banks that I have open credit card accounts with,

Capital One--0% for 6 months
Citi--0% for 9 months
Chase numerous options
Bank of America--numerous options

Are you seeing more offers lately?

Do you ever use these offers to do RE deals? I generally resist the temptation these days, but they are offering me more now than in the past 2-3 years.
