ISO SF Bay Area Real Estate Savvy Estate Planner

Hi there,

A friend of mine is in need of an estate planner who either specializes in real estate, or is particularly well-versed in estate planning where real estate is involved (e.g. someone who can provide more guidance than just blanketly recommending a QPRT). The recommended pro needs to know CA laws, and ideally would be located in the SF Bay Area on the peninsula (but general bay area recommendations are welcome if the contact is great).
