I am helping someone sell their mortgage notes they create by them selling houses to people and taking back a mortgage and note.

My Question: Example:
The people have payed six months payments and have been on time. The payers have a 520 credit score. How much will the the scores go up if he reports the good pay history to the credit bureaus??

Thanks,
Gary

Well.. that's sort of a loaded question considering it is impossible for someone to report positive payment history to the credit bureaus on individual accounts.
The bureaus only accept positive info in batches of 100+.

That said... Negative info can, in fact, be reported individually, Go figure.
