Hello everyone, Im looking to do my first house hacking deal, I just want to ask a question about financing after bankruptcy. My bankruptcy was discharged January 23, 2015 do I wait until January 23, 2017 or the month of January 1? If so can I try to get prequalified now or is it best to wait? just anxious to get started thanks in advance.
