I have 2 duplexes in Killeen Tx. One is worth $35k and the other $70k. I would like to find a lender that will give me one loan for both properties together. What is this type of loan called and who gives these types of loans?

It's normally called a blanket loan.  It's also known as a portfolio loan.  I own 7 properties in Killeen and I've considered this type of loan myself.  Dwell Finance offers this type of loan.
