Need Recommendation for AZ Certified Financial Planner/Investor

Our certified financial planner not only doesn't seem to understand REI, but also hasn't been supportive of us engaging in it at all as retirees. I'd like to find someone, particularly in the Phoenix area, who more accurately could provide the information and guidance we need. In my mind, that would be someone who also is an investor. If you can recommend someone highly, please let me know.
