Accounting Software Question

I have been slowly growing my buy & hold portfolio and I am getting to the point where managing my books from excel is not the most efficient solution. What does everyone recommend from an accounting software standpoint?

I am looking for something that can track all my accounts and expenses, automatically depreciate my assets each year, and be able to run some customized reports to determine performance property by property, what interest rates I have for each property, and how much equity I have in each property. Is this something that Quickbooks can do, or is there a better accounting software out there for buy & hold investors to utilize?

Thanks for everyone's help in advance!
