Does a JUDGEMENT show up on a homesellers credit report?

If I go to be a real estate investment property should a judgement lien show up on their credit report???

I could go spend the $300 bucks to have a title search etc. but I was wondering if an abstract judgement would show up on the sellers credit report before I spend the $300 to find out.

They say they think they had one a few years ago but I cant see it on their credit report.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Thanks,
