zillow question
I know that zillow zestimates are not that accurate, but, since my the zestimate for my sons home that he purchased last month is "zestimated" at 15% higher than when he first looked at it, does that mean that it probably has increased in value? I noticed on the mls many less "steal deals" than there were not long ago.
