Accounts Payable system for RE investors

I would appreciate hearing from seasoned investors as to what system you use for paying your bills and tracking your receipts. I have so many types of bills...electronic, hardcopy, monthly, quarterly, paid automatically, pay when due etc that I have holy heck trying to find a system that works for all of them. Sorry to post here, but I couldn't find a topic that had to do with accounting procedures/systems.
